What is Spotlight?
Spotlight is an immersive experience designed to shed light on the dynamic world of Wealth Management and Financial Advice. It’s your chance to discover the discover the inner workings of this thriving industry and the opportunities within it, from Graduate Scheme, to Internship, Apprenticeships and opportunities across different departments like Legal, HR, Marketing, Accounting, Technology and more. There are so many different opportunities, and the industry is looking for fresh new talent just like you. You don’t have to be good at math’s, it isn’t boring or stuffy and there are so many ways to advance and do good.

Meet the speakers
Greg Duffy is a Senior Manager and the Early Careers Recruitment Lead EMEA at Fidelity International. Having joined Fidelity in 2022, Greg leads a team of 4 and is responsible for the recruitment of all apprentices, intern, working student, industrial placement and graduate roles across EMEA. Prior to working at Fidelity, Greg initially worked as a consulting organisational psychologist before joining RBC Capital Markets as a Senior Campus Recruiter covering Capital Markets roles such as Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Equity Research, and Quants. Greg completed a BSc in Psychology in University College Dublin, an MSc in Organisational Psychology at the University of Limerick and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Development at UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.
Tessa Codron is a Wealth Adviser at Fidelity International, with over 30 years’ experience in financial services, working in various roles and locations including London, Paris and Hong Kong. Tessa enjoys building long-term relationships with her customers and their families, helping them to achieve their financial goals with a clear and straightforward approach.
Tessa spends her free time with family and friends, visiting art galleries and auctions, hiking, listening to music and being creative
Jackie Boylan is the Global Head of Investor Servicing for Fidelity International. This role is responsible for providing a market leading service experience across Client Services, Resolutions, Guidance and Advice. Most recently she was Head of Adviser Solutions, the Fidelity adviser platform business, managing over £50b in client assets.
She is also the CEO of two boards, Fidelity Administration Services and Fidelity Wealth Management.
In 2009 and 2021 she won the Women of the Year – Platforms at the Women in Investment Awards. Her team also won Best Platform of the Year in 2021 and were Runners Up in 2023.
Before moving to the UK and joining Fidelity, Jackie worked in the Australian Financial Services industry for 20 years. Her prior roles encompassed varied responsibilities including Client Services, Regulatory programmes, Innovation and Process Improvement, Client Experience, Sales, Relationship Management and Strategy.
Passionate about contributing beyond her day job, she has been the Executive Co-Sponsor of Global Gender Balance, and sat on the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council. She also forms part of the Global Early Careers Council and is co-founder of the FiCap Charity, a financial institutions charity focused on providing better futures for young Australians. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Business, as well as Graduate Diplomas in Applied Finance and Investment, Financial Planning and Superannuation Management and also studied at both the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia and Insead in Fontainebleau.
Jackie is married and has two daughters. She loves running, playing netball, yoga, travelling, reading and sleeping when possible.
Damola Ojo is a Wealth Adviser at Fidelity International, with over 15 years’ experience in financial services, qualifying as a financial adviser in 2008. He previously worked for some of the UK’s largest banks before joining Fidelity. He enjoys providing a service to customers to meet their individual objectives over the long term as he understands how very few people have the time or resources to manage their financial affairs properly and consistently on an ongoing basis. He is passionate about maintaining long-term relationships, preservation and growth of wealth, as well as utilising tax-efficient products, all under an umbrella of trusted advice.
Outside of work he spends time with my family and has a keen interest in community projects, such as helping young people from deprived backgrounds, and those with health difficulties, using sport to build confidence.
Sabrina Tambini is a Wealth Adviser at Fidelity International, with over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
Sabrina has a financial planning background, providing holistic advice on investments, pensions, protection and inheritance tax planning to a range of customers. She enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships, whilst also taking pride in being part of her customers’ journeys in achieving their objectives and seeing their aspirations come to fruition.
In her free time, Sabrina loves spending time with her dogs, walking in forests, cooking, reading and travelling and is also a great lover of nature and gardening, recently embarking on an exciting new journey in learning how to grow her own fruit and vegetables
Aqil’s career has primarily focused on Wealth Management & Private Banking, starting as a High-Net-Worth Adviser and then moving into Senior Management. A large majority of Aqil’s career has been working for Barclays Wealth and 14 years working in the in Dubai United Arab Emirates
Aqil spent 14 years at Barclays Wealth where he was the Global Head for the Private Clients & Specialist Solutions Advice Business which covered more than 30 countries, booking offshore investment advice business in Geneva and Jersey. A role which allowed Aqil to travel to many countries across the Middle East, Africa & Asia, meeting with a diverse range of clients and experiencing the diversity of different cultures.
Aqil Joined Deutsche Bank AG to become their Chief Operating Officer COO for Wealth Management Middle East, Africa & Saudi Arabia managing the risk, control and operations of a $290 Billion Hub with Wealth primarily spread across UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Aqil was privileged to meet with royalty and some significant global billionaires during his time at Deutsche and to implement the first Global Private Banking platform onshore in Saudi Arabia, whilst embedding strong control, risk and governance frameworks in the Deutsche Wealth Management Business. In May 2019 Aqil joined Fidelity International to build and develop the Fidelity Wealth Management Advice business, a hugely exciting opportunity to influence and control the growth strategy of a new business within Fidelity.
Fidelity Wealth Management Advice, launched to market in Jan 2021 and has a team of 21 Wealth Advisers providing retirement and Investment advice to clients at Fidelity and now advises 1200 clients with over £340m of assets under management.
The quality, diversity and outstanding team of experienced advisers that has been built is testament to Fidelity’s strong reputation and our ability to attract the best talent. Aqil is very proud to say the team is a brilliant representation of the society that we all live, and he looks forward to continuing success and raising the benchmarks of success in the future
Outside of work. Aqil is married and has 3 children. Aqil has three passions, travelling (ticked off 56 countries); secondly cars and thirdly Cricket, previously representing Oxfordshire and captains his local club. His claim to fame is giving the Pakistan Cricket team a motivation speech before the last Cricket world cup!!
