Graduate schemes

A graduate scheme is an entry level training programme you can apply for if you have a degree.  It is designed to introduce you to multiple areas of the firm you have a placement with and build up your knowledge and experience and typically last for around two years.

Recruitment for graduate schemes opens in the Autumn term.  They are competitive and usually involve progressing through several rounds of written applications and tests.  You can check student and graduate websites for vacancies and tips for applying.

Graduate schemes are paid positions, and although they involve a large amount of training and development, their salaries reflect a full-time job, rather than an internship or unpaid work experience.
