Through initiatives such as the Breaking Barriers Forum, which focuses on empowering young women by bringing them together with role models in wealth management to benefit from their insights and build their networks, and Black Talents in Wealth Management, an insight day to inspire and attract the next generation Black heritage talents, we strive to create a more inclusive and representative industry that is reflective of the society it serves.
