PIMFA D&I Awards Ceremony 2024
PIMFA is committed to promoting Diversity and Inclusion in all its forms within the wealth management, investment services and financial advice industry.
Thank you to everyone that joined us for our Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2024 and for making it such a wonderful evening, celebrating the achievements of individuals and firms across our industry in D&I.
2024 was our fourth annual awards ceremony to shine a light on the great work being done throughout our industry, and to inspire further change and growth. We were thrilled by the outstanding standard of the entries this year and the judges were very impressed with the wide ranging and fantastic work being done to advance diversity, inclusion and equity in our industry.
We had 10 awards ranging from Best DE&I Initiatives to Best Approach to Wellbeing to the Rising Talent Award. Each category was curated with the support of our expert judging panel and from the feedback of past entrants.
Each year, our judges select 10 charities who each receive a donation of £5,000. This year our judges chose the following charities:

The Awards are FREE to enter and are open to all firms and stakeholders in the sector – you do not have to be a PIMFA member to enter. The date to put in your diary for next year is 16th October 2025.
